National Reference Points (NRPs) in QA

NRPs for Quality Assurance in VET are established in accordance with the Recommendation of the European Parliament and of the Council of 18th June 2009 on the establishment of a European Quality Assurance Reference Framework for Vocational Education and Training (EQAVET).

This recommendation aims to create a coherent framework across Europe to ensure quality in vocational education and training. EQAVET is designed to foster a culture of continuous improvement and to support the development of quality assurance systems at both national and regional levels.
