CPD VET – Module Development Process

The CPD in Vocational Education and Training (VET) Quality Assurance was developed through an evidence-informed process based on research with VET institutions across Europe. Questionnaires and focus groups identified key challenges and good practices, which directly informed the programme content.

The programme comprises seven independent modules, each consisting of five learning units aligned with clear learning outcomes and designed to support progression from foundational knowledge to practical application.

Content was developed by engaged experts drawing on professional expertise, research, and stakeholder input, and includes a blend of written materials, videos, and practical learning activities. All modules were peer-reviewed and refined to ensure clarity, relevance, and consistency.

The CPD is delivered asynchronously through a Moodle-based Virtual Learning Environment, enabling flexible, self-paced learning.
