Functions of NRPs

NRPs play a crucial role in implementing the EQAVET framework and ensuring its success.

Their key functions include:

Implementation of QA Frameworks: NRPs are responsible for ensuring that the EQAVET framework is effectively implemented across all VET providers within their respective countries. This involves promoting the framework and providing guidance on how to apply its principles and standards.

Stakeholder Involvement: NRPs engage with a wide range of stakeholders, including social partners, educational institutions, employers, and governmental bodies. This collaboration ensures that the VET goals are aligned with European standards and meet the needs of all relevant parties.

• Monitoring and Evaluation: Conduct regular internal and external evaluations to monitor the effectiveness of VET programmes. This includes collecting and analysing data to identify areas for improvement and ensure that training programmes remain relevant and effective.

• Continuous Improvement: Develop and implement strategies for the ongoing enhancement of VET quality. This includes adopting new technologies, updating curricula, and ensuring that VET programmes are responsive to changes in the labour market.
